Delivery option

All goods will be delivered from our designated warehouse / printing facility. Please let us know if you have preferred courier service.

Artwork
Art work supplied must be in VECTOR eps, ai or Corel Draw files We can redraw your artwork from the following format : JPEG (*.jpg or *.jpeg or *.jpe), GIF (*.gif), TIFF (*.tif or *.tiff better if compressed with LZW), and PBG (8bit or 24bit), .EPS, .PDF - we suggest low compression to improve image quality (300 dpi suggested). Redraw charges applied depending on complexity of artwork. All printing orders must be supplied with PMS / CMYK / RGB colour.

Branding Options
Branding work (on final product) will not necessarily be exactly the same as what is shown on the illustrator function (upload logo function) as colour might change on certain product. If it is available, please put forward RGB (Red, Green, Blue) or CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key / Black) colour model information on your comments.

Payment Terms
For orders below <$5,000 we require advance payment prior processing the order. For order >=$5,000 we would require 50% deposit (prior processing the order) and balance prior to despatch. We have the right to charge penalty for late payment.

We will start processing your order as soon as we receive your notification.
- Credit Card Facility: We use credit card facility from Paypal Australia. Paypal accepts Mastercard and Visa card. Only valid credit card will be processed. We (Kiss Promotions) are not responsible of any kind of credit card frauds. Credit Card Surcharge There will be additional surcharge of 2.5% of total order for credit card payment.
- Paypal Option: Facility of using Paypal account is also available. Paypal page will be displayed when you selected the Paypal account payment option. You will then be asked to sign in to your account and follow Paypal payment process.

Warranty
Your satisfaction with our products and service is the most important thing for us, that is why we put as much detail as possible about the products, the branding and the delivery information on our website.
In case of there is (are) faulty / damage product(s) we will replace them free of charge or we can give you credit (same value of the faulty products) to your account.
We are not responsible for subjective quality rating of products that you receive (which includes product material, colour, and branding colour). This is why you are encouraged to put forward your inquiries before ordering to make sure that you are fully informed about the product and branding quality that you will receive.
In case you prefer to use your own courier service, we (Kiss Promotions) are not responsible for any damaged caused by them (courier service chosen by you).

Under run / Over run
There are occassions of print spoils/damaged goods for orders which will not pass our quality inspection. Therefore, we reserve the right to under or over deliver by 5% and charge accordingly.

Limitation of Liability
- Kiss Promotions accepts no responsibility whatsoever for errors in dimensions, quantities, specifications or otherwise where order for any goods are placed online to Kiss Promotions by the Purchaser.
- Kiss Promotions accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to or maintenance of secrecy with respect to any drawings, samples or other materials supplied by the Purchaser to Kiss Promotions.

Variations of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make variations or changes to this terms and conditions.
